Counted recruitment are currently recruiting an Accountant for a great construction business based in Solihull. The role will see you play a crucial part in a fantastic finance team. 


Main duties of this Accountant role include:

  • Produce accurate and timely Head Office financial statements including balance sheet reconciliations and management accounts
  • Support with the production of the statutory accounts of the group companies
  • Play a part with cost variance analysis and commentaries
  • Complete business surveys
  • Liaise with auditors as part of the annual audit processes 
  • Produce profit and loss accounts
  • Provide support to senior members of staff as required 

Location / Office / Hours

The business has great offices and very good team moral with an excellent business. Hours are flexible.

Private equity backed, this large business has circa 20 in finance and operates nationally.


What we are looking for

The ideal candidate will have a real blend of management accounting and wider accounting experience. ACCA/CIMA/ACA finalist or qualified is also useful.
