Client Accountant

Counted Recruitment are currently recruiting a Client Accountant for a great business based in Quinton. The role will see you play a crucial role in a great finance team.

Main duties of this Client Accountant role include:

• Process changes to relevant databases and pick up on any miscellaneous charges due to changes being made
• Reporting of financial data
• Ensure relevant billing are up to date
• Track and record payments of clients alongside receipts and payments
• Bank and cash reconciliations
• VAT
• Ensure that the service charge budgets are obtained, input and delivered to tenants
• Month and year end duties
• Liaise with external auditors and complete audit of expenditure and income

Location / Office / Hours

The office is based in Quinton and has hybrid working. There is onsite parking and easy access routes.

Privately owned, this business is a business with circa 50 staff in finance and offices across the country. The business has been constantly growing over the last few years and are now looking to add a new accountant who will grow with the team. The business has an excellent track record of internal progression.

What we are looking for

A candidate who has basic management accounting skills and experience within a service industry is preferred but not essential. The ideal candidate will be studying towards ACCA, CIMA or ACA or AAT.
