Commercial Finance Manager - Flex Hours

Counted Recruitment are currently recruiting a Commercial Finance Manager for a great service business based in Wolverhampton. The role will see you play a crucial role in a fantastic finance team. 

Main duties of this Commercial Finance Manager role include:

• Lead and manage the month end and budgeting accounting processes
• Ensure annual Statutory Financial Statements are accurate
• Build relationships across the organisation and provide technical knowledge in accounting principles and finance
• Responsible for designing and reviewing the original design of financial procedures and standards
• Ensure systems are in place to guarantee transactions are correctly processed and reconciled
• Undertake key financial processes as required
• Manage cash flow and reserves
• Provide leadership and coaching to ensure staff reach their full potential
• Attend senior team and board meetings

Location / Office / Hours

Based in Wolverhampton and offering free parking, this is a very flexible business who offer hybrid and are even happy to offer reduced hours.
