Graduate Finance Assistant

Counted Recruitment are currently recruiting a Graduate Finance Analyst for a great service business based in Redditch. The role will see you play a crucial part in a fantastic finance team.

This role is hybrid, with just 1 day a week in the office

Main duties of this Finance Analyst role include:

• Producing management accounts
• Business partnering support for all departments
• Reviewing KPI’s
• Providing an analytical approach to finding areas of under-performance and an insight as to why this is happening
• Managing controllable costs alongside analysing the main drivers within the department
• Help reduce costs per contact and help increase sales
• Business partnering support for all operations
• Budgeting and forecasting

Location / Office / Hours

The business is a large listed business based in Redditch. The business is a large company, operating nationally who have hybrid office hours and fantastic future potential. You will need to drive to get there, but there is free parking on site.

Culture, Ownership and Industry

The business is a fast paced listed business, turning over Billions and with a finance team of circa 100. The business has been constantly growing over the last few years and are now looking to add a new accountant who will grow with them.

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate would be anything from a recent graduate with or without a placement year, through to a candidate with 2-3 years analyst experience. ACCA / CIMA will be supported.
