Management Accountant

£30k-£37k
Solihull

Counted Recruitment are currently recruiting a  Management Accountant for a great  service business based in  Solihull. The role will see you play a crucial role in a fantastic finance team.

Main duties of this  Management Accountant role include:

  • Ensure accurate month end preparation and reporting of management accounts
  • Prepare accruals, prepayments and bank reconciliations in a timely manner
  • Variance analysis and Payroll
  • Analysis of month-on-month movements and variances to budget for the P&L lines in your area.
  • Investigate and comment on variances to budget
  • Assist with statutory and financial accounting processes
  • Period end duties and audit preparation
  • Cost of sales / deferrals/ accruals/ accrued income calculations
  • Provide audit information and queries

Location / Office / Hours

Based on a Solihull business park, the business have excellent offices, free parking and hybrid working.

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate would be a good management accountant keen to extend their commercial reach. Studying ACCA or CIMA would help.
