Management Accountant - Hybrid


Counted Recruitment are currently recruiting a Management Accountant for a great service business based in Solihull. The role will see you play a crucial role in a fantastic finance team. 


Main duties of this Management Accountant role include:


  • Ensure accurate month end preparation and reporting of management accounts
  • Prepare accruals, prepayments and bank reconciliations in a timely manner
  • Variance analysis
  • Business partnering across the organisation
  • Improve processes within the MA Team
  • Investigate and comment on variances to budget
  • Ownership of the group expenses system
  • Assist with statutory and financial accounting processes
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Period end duties and audit preparation

Location / Office / Hours

Based on a Solihull business park,  the business have excellent offices, free parking and hybrid working.


Culture, Ownership and Industry

A Private equity backed services business, the company has a finance of circa 20.


What we are looking for

The ideal candidate would be a good management accountant keen to extend their commercial reach. Studying ACCA or CIMA would help.
